| Urban major public health emergency refers to the public health event that occurs suddenly and has a serious social impact and needs to take emergency measures.For example,the epidemic of infectious diseases and major food poisoning are characterized by great social influence,high risk coefficient and many uncertain factors.In different time background,the city of major public health emergencies have the characteristics of different opinion,this article first obtains from the concept,from the law,public management,sociology to clarify the city major public health emergencies and major events,city major emergencies,emergency concept difference,clear connotation of the concept of city of major public health emergencies.After the reform and opening up,the hepatitis A epidemic in 1988,the SARS epidemic in 2003 and the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 were taken as three typical cases.The characteristics of public opinion were analyzed one by one,and based on this,the methods of news emergency response were summarized to explore the role of news emergency response in the guidance of public opinion.Research found that the characteristics of public opinion of hepatitis A epidemic mainly have two aspects,that is,the public attitude to the virus is irrational,public opinion secondary disaster hidden danger is big.The emergency response measures of the media mainly focus on the dissemination channels,dissemination timeliness and dissemination content,and timely popularizing the epidemic situation.The characteristics of public opinion of the SARS epidemic mainly include the difficulty in controlling the spread of rumors,the aggravation of the influence of negative emotions,and the emergence of adverse psychology of public opinion.Media mainly through the rectification of reporting methods,publicity of typical figures,and news broadcast three channels to deal with news emergency.New crown outbreak of explosive growth,the network public opinion characteristics including information public opinion,periodic and repetitive games,mainstream public opinion and public opinion conflict from three aspects,attaches great importance to the official media in terms of emergency disposition of news media content,and use all media means to meet the requirements of the audience,beyond that also on the notion of international public opinion field.By summarizing the three major public health emergencies in typical cities,it can be concluded that the news emergency treatment played a role in reducing the "secondary public opinion" crisis and rumor spreading and helping to positively guide public opinion in the media’s guidance of public opinion on the events.This paper summarizes the characteristics of public opinion and news emergency methods of three typical events.Over the past 30 years,media technology has been the basis for the development of news emergency disposal.The methods of news emergency disposal have been changing with the progress of media technology and the change of media environment.From the development history of emergency management,there are many problems in news emergency management that need to be improved.Combined with the current media technology and emergency management status quo,the establishment of news emergency response to urban major public health emergencies mainly starts from four aspects: the classification system,the unified coordination of all media,the joint efforts of three departments and the guarantee of news emergency laws and regulations. |
