Research On The Resonance Of Microblogging Topics In Public Health Emergencies

With the increase of public health emergencies in recent years,multi-event network public opinion has gradually become a hot topic in current research.In many cybernetic network events,there are often associations in subject,topic,emotional,which make them as a composition of event set treated by the netizens as the same event or related events.Under the influence of the historical experience and cognitive mode of the netizens,they will have a multi-time view and attitude,which has a stronger feeling for the current events.Emotions come together to cause obvious peaks of sensation,and the resonance of multi-event network public opinion occurs.The effect between related events is that between topics at micro level.This paper focuses on the composition of public opinion topics in public health emergencies on microblog,and analyzes the effect of related topics in multiple incidents.This paper constructs a stochastic resonance model for topics of public health emergencies,studies the law of resynchronization of multi-event network on the micro level,and analyzes the relationship between multi-evident network events.We find public health emergencies often have connection in main body,subject,and emotion,and related events will cause network public opinion stochastic resonance on microblog.The microblogs related to public health emergencies can be divided into five topics,consisting of event progress,public opinion,government response,knowledge popularization,and post hoc measures.The relative heat of each topic is different,so is the stochastic resonance phenomenon between each topic,in which event progress,mass opinion,and government response microblog stochastic resonance occur,while knowledge popularization and post hoc measures are more difficult.This study help to understand the emotion resonance of microblog users on sub-topics of emergencies.Otherwise,it will provide reference for the emergency department to take timely and effective measures according to the type of event topic.This article is one of results of the "Research on the Countermeasure of Improving the Ability of Anti-terrorism Intelligence Information Work"(17JZD034),a major project of the Ministry of Education’s philosophy and social science research.
