Research On The Current Situation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Retired Athletes In The Transformation Of College Physical Education Teachers

The research on the transformation of retired athletes into college physical education teachers is one of the hot spots in the development of education.With the continuous improvement of physical education in colleges and universities in China,the transformation of retired athletes into college physical education teachers has become an important career choice.However,there are still some shortcomings in the transformation of retired athletes into physical education teachers in colleges and universities,such as lack of subject knowledge,weak scientific research ability,lack of teaching ability,etc.,which restrict the transformation of retired athletes into physical education teachers in colleges and universities.With the introduction of the opinions of the General Administration of Sports,the Central Office,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Finance,the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security on further improving the employment and resettlement of retired athletes(2002),it is clearly stipulated that retired athletes should be encouraged to transform into college physical education teachers.In reality,many retired athletes have transformed into college physical education teachers,all of which are faced with problems such as lack of subject knowledge and weak teaching ability.In order to solve such problems and make retired athletes teachers have better development in colleges and universities,it has become a hot topic in today ’s society.Therefore,it is an urgent task to study the current situation,causes and influencing factors of college physical education teachers in the transformation of service athletes,in order to provide strong support for optimizing the development of college education in China.This article uses the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and case analysis method to study the current situation of PE teachers in some colleges and universities in Guangzhou City,and to analyze the case of PE teachers in Guangzhou University,and to analyze the SWOT situation of the current situation.At the same time,it further puts forward the countermeasures for the transformation of retired athletes into PE teachers in colleges and universities.The main conclusions are as follows :The advantage of retired college physical education teachers is that they have superb technical ability and rich competition experience.At the same time,they have a high level of team training,which can help the school sports technology greatly improved.The disadvantage of retired athletes ’ college physical education teachers is the lack of teaching experience related to curriculum objectives,lack of subject knowledge,weak teaching ability,weak scientific research ability,and it is difficult to meet the conditions for evaluating senior titles.In view of the transformation of retired athletes,the development countermeasures of college physical education teachers are put forward : improving the ability of education and teaching,improving the level of scientific research,constructing a perfect training system,optimizing the promotion mechanism of professional titles,and strengthening the safeguard measures.In order to enrich the information of college physical education teachers in the transformation of retired athletes through this study,and provide reference for the transformation of college physical education teachers in other provinces and cities.
