As one of the literary genres,novels have multiple values and meanings.Novels can not only reflect reality and history,enrich readers’ imagination and experience,but also cultivate students’ aesthetic taste and promote the development of students’ life wisdom.Therefore,novels have also become an important teaching content for middle school Chinese.However,there are still many problems in the teaching of middle school novel reading at present,such as students’ weak ability to transfer and apply the novel reading knowledge learned in class,and their ability to independently read novels needs to be improved;Students’ novel class participation is insufficient,their interest in novel reading needs to be improved,and their appreciation ability needs to be enhanced;The novel class lacks exploratory learning,and learning activities need to be developed;The students’ questioning spirit is weak,and critical thinking needs to be strengthened.These problems have all caused bottlenecks in the teaching of middle school novel reading.In view of this,this article introduces the concept of deep learning into the teaching of middle school novel reading,and uses relevant theories and methods of deep learning to guide students to learn autonomously,and use the cooperative and inquiry learning way,which can break through the current teaching bottleneck of middle school novel reading and And explore more optimization strategies,so as to improve the teaching effectiveness of novel reading classes.This paper,consisting of five parts: the introduction clarifies the background of the research,after sorts out and summarizes the achievements of the predecessors through literature analysis,determines the purpose,significance,content and methods of this research.The first chapter uses the questionnaire survey and interview method to collect and analyze the data and information related to the current junior middle school novel reading teaching,and then combines the value of the concept of deep learning to discuss the necessity of researching it under the perspective of deep learning.The second chapter discusses the feasibility of placing the teaching of novel reading in junior high schools under the perspective of deep learning from two aspects of theoretical basis and practical value.The third chapter,based on the problems existing in the teaching of junior middle school novel reading and the research results of predecessors,tries to sum up the teaching strategies of putting the junior middle school novel reading teaching under the perspective of deep learning;the fourth chapter chooses the classic novel "Kong Yiji" to make the novel reading teaching design,in order to provide reference for front-line teachers to carry out novel reading teaching under the guidance of the concept of deep learning.
