With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of teacher education and teaching.Especially,teachers of ideological and political courses bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating students into socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,the United States and labor.Young people are in the "knot-pulling and booting stage" of life.To buckle the first button of life,ideological and political teachers need to guide and cultivate them carefully based on the law of social development and students’ development.Many schools have also changed the traditional teaching methods to carry out curriculum reform,and the improvement of teachers’ comprehensive quality is also constantly strengthened.Under the background of "double reduction",improving teachers’ personality charm has become the focus of curriculum reform.The personality charm of teachers includes that teachers have correct educational concept,excellent political quality,noble moral quality,profound theoretical support and respected external image,which makes the subject of ideological and political course humanistic,the classroom is interesting,the teacher-student relationship is more harmonious,and better assist the ideological and political class of junior high school to carry out efficiently.In line with the "double reduction" background to improve the ideological and political class effectiveness of the urgent requirements,but also in line with the country’s need for talent training.Every teacher has more or less personality charm,personality charm as a kind of recessive education plays an increasingly prominent role,to enhance the ideological and political course teachers personality charm is particularly critical.In this paper,questionnaire survey is adopted to find out the problems existing in the personality charm of teachers of ideological and political courses in junior middle school.The problems include political quality to be strengthened,moral quality to be improved,professional quality to be strengthened,and external image to be shaped.According to the problems existing in the personality charm of teachers,strategies to improve the personality charm are studied.First of all,starting from the establishment of correct educational ideas,under the background of "double reduction" policy,teachers should change their educational ideas,which is the premise of enhancing teachers’ personality charm.Secondly,strengthening self-cultivation is the key to enhance the personality charm of teachers.Self-cultivation is elaborated from the aspects of casting political quality,strengthening teacher ethics,improving professional quality,shaping external image and improving aesthetic quality.Finally,good external environment also provides external conditions for the enhancement of teachers’ personality charm.
