Junior middle school students are in moral character and values employment, the department of education form of open ideological and moral curriculum aims to cultivate the students' moral emotion, perfect personality, to guide the students to learn how to be a real person, to be a moral man. Ideological and moral teacher's mission is to tap human potential, guides the student's personality towards a healthy, comprehensive, harmonious development. This determines the ideological and moral teacher must have personality charm, such ability for students to impose influence, and influence.
