With the development of education in our country,the subject of ideological and political education in senior middle school is becoming more specialized,especially the higher requirement for the professional quality of the teachers.The ideological and political curriculum standard(2017 edition 2020 revision),revised and promulgated by the Ministry of Education,points out the direction for the development of students,and puts forward higher requirements for the professional quality of teachers of ideological and political courses in senior middle schools.Under this background,we should carefully study the relevant research literature about the professional quality of the senior middle school ideological and political course teachers,and further study the theory,connotation and significance of the professional quality of the senior middle school ideological and political course teachers,this paper probes into the new requirements of the promulgation of the new curriculum standard for the professional quality of the senior middle school ideological and political course teachers,and then explores the ways to promote the professional quality of the senior middle school ideological and political course teachers,and constructs the high quality teaching staff of the senior middle school ideological and political course.This article is divided into two parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of the improvement of senior middle school ideological and political teachers’ professional quality under the new curriculum standard,the research achievements,research ideas and methods,research difficulties and innovations at home and abroad have been sorted out.The second part is the body,there are four chapters.The first chapter is a theoretical overview of the professional competence of senior middle school ideological and political course teachers from the perspective of the new curriculum standards,including the connotation of teacher professional competence and the professional competence of senior middle school ideological and political course teachers,as well as the theoretical basis for the professional competence of senior middle school ideological and political course teachers.The second chapter discusses the new characteristics of the new curriculum standards and the new requirements for the professional competence of senior middle school ideological and political course teachers after the promulgation of the new curriculum standards.The third chapter is based on a survey of the current status of professional literacy development of senior middle school ideological and political course teachers in the Binzhou area,and analyzes and summarizes the survey results to explore the shortcomings and reasons for the professional literacy development of some senior middle school ideological and political course teachers.The final chapter explores the path to improving the professional literacy of senior middle school ideological and political courses.Mainly from innovative teaching methods to improve the teaching ability,establish a lifelong learning concept to improve scientific research capacity,provide social practice platform to strengthen practical learning,and improve education and teaching equipment to improve the development of training mechanisms.
