| The ideological and political theory class is the key course to implement the fundamental tasks of Lide Shuren.The key to the ideological and political theory course is the teacher.The professional quality of middle school ideological and political teachers refers to the basic quality or basic conditions that moral education workers(full-time teachers and part-time teachers)who specialize in ideological and political education in secondary schools should have in the ideological and political teaching activities.Implicit or significant important influence.Therefore,the improvement of the professional quality of teachers in middle school ideological and political courses is not only the need of their own professional development,but also the need to promote the reform of ideological and political education in middle schools,improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in middle schools and promote the all-round development of students.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed the idea of "supply-side structural reform" in response to the impetus to enhance economic development in the new era.As a new thinking concept and development concept guiding China’s economic construction,supply-side structural reform has increasingly penetrated into many fields,which has triggered profound changes in political,cultural,social and ecological civilizations.The idea of "supply-side structural reform" has also provided favorable prospects,broad space and important methods for the innovative development of China’s education.Using the idea of “supply-side structural reform”,the author regards the teachers of middle school ideological and political courses as the supply-side main body,based on the experience and reference,systematically sorts out the research results at home and abroad;and “requires demand-oriented” to fully investigate the teachers of middle school ideological and political courses.The status quo of quality;with the goal of "precise supply",it is proposed to continuously optimize and improve the professional quality of ideological and political teachers in middle schools,and achieve balanced development between the supply side and the demand side,so as to promote the transformation,upgrading and innovation of ideological and political education in middle schools.The paper studies from four aspects.The first part: introduces the research background,research summary,research significance and methods,and provides the theoretical basis for the research.The second part: theoretically expounds the supply-side structure reform and theprofessional quality of teachers in the middle school ideological and political course,and applies the thinking of supply-side structural reform to the professional quality improvement of middle school ideological and political teachers,and combines the two.It provides a new vision,new content and new requirements for the improvement of the professional quality of teachers in the middle school.This paper analyzes the significance of the reform of the supply-side structure reform to the teaching reform of the ideological and political course in middle school and the improvement of the professional quality of middle school teachers,and provides theoretical support for the research.The third part: investigating and researching the professional quality of teachers in middle school ideological and political courses,and finding out the problems of the professional quality of the teachers in the middle school ideological and political courses.For example,some young teachers have incomplete political quality;some teachers have incomplete professional knowledge structure.The professional ability and quality are not comprehensive,the aesthetic quality is relatively scarce and the professional development motivation is not sufficient.There are also many reasons for the problems in the professional quality of the teachers in the middle school.Including the lack of political discipline status,the lack of political teacher dominance and the lack of school teacher system.Provide a realistic basis for the research.The fourth part: put forward the strategy of improving the professional quality of the ideological and political teachers in middle school to achieve balanced development of supply side and demand side.In view of the problems in the professional quality of teachers in the middle school,the thesis proposes five aspects: concept renewal,professional construction,self-optimization,teacher training and system improvement,and provides specific countermeasures for research. |
