For a long time,homework problems have attracted great attention from educational theory and practice.However,a number of operational measures for burden reduction and quality improvement are "easy to propose,difficult to implement".The coronavirus pandemic has spawned online teaching and online assignments,and the much-watched online teaching has gradually improved,but online assignments are actually "electronic" paper assignments.Take online work as a good opportunity for job optimization,fully tap the advantages of online operation,and get rid of many difficulties faced by traditional paper-based work.Based on the dilemma of high school biology homework,this paper takes all the high school sophomores in a model high school in urban area of Xining City as the survey subject,first applies the questionnaire survey method to systematically study the quality of high school biology homework,then uses the case analysis method to test the effect of homework optimization,and finally proposes a strategy to optimize homework quality.The results of the questionnaire show that:(1)The average quality of high school biology homework was 3.38,which was lower than 3.75 and did not reach a good level,indicating that there were many problems in high school biology homework.Among them,the mean value of assignment design was the lowest 3.32 points,and the average values of assignment marking and work feedback were 3.40 points and 3.42 points,respectively.All three hovered around the passing line,and the quality of the operation urgently needed to be rectified.(2)The main problems in the high school biology homework in the school: in terms of homework design,there are four major problems: single form of homework,high difficulty,poor quality,and excessive quantity;In terms of homework correction,there are two major problems: lagging feedback on homework marking results and "judgment is correct and wrong" correction;In terms of job feedback,there are two major problems: "one-time" job feedback and poor implementation of secondary feedback.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the author proposes optimization strategies from three aspects:(1)schools: strengthen homework supervision and assessment,and create a teacher communication and learning platform.(2)Teachers: fine selection of homework,hierarchical management of digital homework,and effective improvement of homework quality;Normalize online homework grading and "annotation" grading to solve the problems of lagging and inefficient homework grading results;The feedback method is informatized,the wrong question management is compulsory,and the feedback is followed up consistently,breaking the dilemma of "one-time" feedback and secondary feedback not being implemented.(3)Students: adopt a positive self-evaluation strategy. |
