Homework is the continuation of classroom teaching,it can help students to consolidate and improve the new knowledge,at the same time,the revision of homework is also one of the important channels for teachers to master the learning effect of students,it can find students in the study of the problems,and then according to the situation of the timely adjustment of teaching plans and strategies.This is of great significance to strengthen and improve teaching.At present,the reform of classroom teaching is in full swing,there are many useful explorations and innovations in the layout and evaluation of homework,but the homework correction still takes the traditional way,most of the tasks of homework correction were given to the teachers.Teachers have a certain short board of solo assignments,on the one hand,the workload is large,occupy a lot of time and energy of teachers,it can not improve their own ability quality and improve teaching focus on the concentration.On the other hand,the effect is not obvious,the feedback information of homework revision is small,it can not help students to understand and improve the problems of learning in a timely manner,students have heavy academic work,get the assignment after the revision is often only concerned about grades,rarely consciously review error correction,teaching promotion effect is not obvious.In order to play a better role of homework in teaching,improve students’ learning ability and subjective initiative,and reduce the burden for teachers,this paper explores the strategy of "no-homework-correction by teacher",tries to use students to carry out mutual assignments,cooperative communication,so that students take the initiative to find problems in learning,solve learning difficulties.The inquiry of this paper mainly includes the following four aspects:First,carrying out the current situation analysis,discuss the significance of reform.Sorting domestic and foreign literature of the homework and homework correction,combined with the current status of homework correction,pointed out the importance and necessity of the reform.Secondly,comprehensive the theoretical research,clear the path of practical methods.To define the concept of the “ homework” and” homework correction”involved in the inquiry,according to the characteristics and implementation of“ no-homework-correction by teacher”,and to analyze the teaching theory of naturally individualized teaching,constructivism learning theory,cooperative learning theory,etc.And to design the specific process of practice: team division,operation training,team assignment mutual approval,teaching material production,student reviews in class,regular tracking of questions,writing teacher assignment records,etc.Third,carrying out control experiments to explore and analyze the effect of the experiment.A comparative experiment was carried out on two classes in a middle School.The experimental class implemented "no-homework-correction by teacher",while the control class was in accordance with the traditional method of correction.Before the experiment,the students’ entrance performance analysis and questionnaire survey were made to determine that there was no difference in the admission results of the two classes,and to understand the students’ study habits and the current situation of homework revision.After the experiment,SPSS software was used to analyze the achievement changes of the two classes,and found that the experimental class’ s results were significantly higher than that of the control class,and the students in the experimental class had higher enthusiasm for learning.Thus,it shows that "no-homework-correction by teacher" strategy will greatly promote the improvement of students’ interest in learning and the cultivation of students’ learning ability and interpersonal skills.Fourth,finding the short board,put forward suggestions for improvement.The author summarizes the results of the inquiry,reflects on the limitations of the research,and makes some suggestions for how to promote teaching through homework revision.
