| As an important part of modern medical system, medical social work plays an indispensable role in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of critically ill patients. In recent years, the number of newly diagnosed cancers in our country ranks the first in the world. There is a large number of patients with early stage cancer, which makes a great impact on the patients themselves due to the fear of the disease. At present, with the emergence of whole-person health concept, how to intervene cancer patients and their families, effectively carry out social work intervention services, and improve the quality of life of cancer patients has become a common concern of the society. However, compared with western countries, there are few practical studies on social work intervention services in China. Therefore, this paper takes medical social work intervention in early cancer patients as the main research perspective, investigates patients through interviews and participatory observation, and uses cognitive behavioral theory as the guidance to understand the problems existing in the process of medical social work intervention. At the same time, the comprehensive problems and needs of patients with early cancer were discussed to further verify the feasibility of medical social work intervention in patients with early cancer.Based on the medical social work of X Hospital, through the intervention of social work service case work for early cancer patients, the service object is guided to face up to themselves and change the emotion and behavior of the service object. As well as the investigation and interview of patients and their families, nurses and medical staff, analyze the existing problems of patients with early cancer. On this basis, this paper also focuses on the methods and work contents of various stages of medical social work intervention in early cancer patients, summarizes a complete specific process of social work intervention in early cancer patients from specific services, finds out the advantages and disadvantages of individual intervention, and puts forward suggestions for improvement. This study found that medical social work intervention has a strong practical significance for the problems existing in patients with early cancer.Social work can play a good role in providing professional services for patients with multidisciplinary knowledge and skills.Meanwhile, cognitive behavioral theory can provide scientific and effective theoretical guidance for the intervention process. However,in the current social work interventional services for early-stage cancer patients, there are mainly problems such as uneven quality of service personnel in specific cases and limited service coverage of social workers. In order to solve the above problems, the author believes that medical social workers should strengthen their practical skills, combine the existing problems and needs of service objects, and proceed from the actual situation of patients.Designing reasonable service scheme is an effective means to improve the service level of casework intervention for early cancer patients. |
