Research On Employment Psychological Anxiety Of College Students Involved In Social Work

The employment of college students has become a complex social problem,it is the focus of attention from all walks of life,related to social stability,affecting the development of colleges and universities.The formation of college students’ employment psychological anxiety is closely related to the influence of individuals,schools,families and society.To solve the employment anxiety,we need to analyze it from different angles and at various levels,and take joint actions to form a joint force.Therefore,it needs the efforts of family,society and school to improve the employment ability of college students,help them form correct employment concepts and meet their employment ideals.The development of social work in colleges and universities can comprehensively use various forms of work,in order to serve students,and strive to promote students to set up the correct view and value of career choice,correct their cognitive psychological deviation;Enhance the performance of school education,improve students’ career planning ability,actively create an environment and conditions for students’ overall development,and enhance their psychological quality;Assist families to provide a good environment and directivity for students’ career choice and professional quality training,strengthen children’s psychological endurance training,enhance self-confidence,and determine life goals;Strive for social resources to create conditions for students’ academic development and practical activities,in order to solve many psychological problems caused by employment difficulties for college students,for college students to successfully prepare for employment.This article selects the guangdong X college as a case study,facing the employment for college students anxiety and the status quo and the causes for academic research and discussion,using comparative analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview investigation and other scientific methods to analyze the factors of college students’ employment anxiety,and anxiety in college students’ employment under the social form and become a common phenomenon,And it involves all areas and levels of society.In order to solve the problem of university students’ employment anxiety,scientific and effective analysis in this paper,the early,middle and late each link in the process of social work practice of applying group work form for this paper,from the aspects of employment knowledge,ability and advantage,combing each link to improve students’ cognitive ability and the level of profession,and targeted and systematic logic of employment,Help students improve their ability to work under pressure and self-confidence.Finally,through the analysis and research of the social work practice activities of the whole group,the comprehensive evaluation of the practice effect puts forward scientific and effective opinions and suggestions for the problem of employment anxiety,so as to provide targeted and constructive guidance strategies for improving the employment anxiety of college students.With the spread of the epidemic and the influence of various factors,the employment situation in China has become increasingly severe.The employment of college students has become an important content for students to think about,and the employment anxiety needs and should be paid more attention to.For colleges and universities,whether students can successfully graduate and realize their life value is,to some extent,a test of the teaching level and quality of colleges and universities,which is related to the future development of schools.For the society,the healthy development of postgraduate groups can effectively reduce the probability of all kinds of uncertainty events in the process of employment and lay a solid foundation for a good social environment construction,thus ensuring the steady advance of our economy and development,the stable output of talents can bring up a significant improvement in our economic strength.Therefore,this paper hope through the study of group work in college students employment problem,not only can strengthen the students’ cognitive correctly,strengthen employment confidence,establish social support network for mutual assistance,also can alleviate the contradictions of social competition for jobs,for further solving the problem of university students’ employment anxiety to provide theoretical support and practical experience,It is of great practical significance to promote social harmony and stability.
