| Through the investigation of a kindergarten in Zhengzhou City,this study understands the current situation of small class children’s labor education,analyzes the problems in labor education,analyzes the reasons,and further explores the reasonable way to implement small class children’s labor education.This study uses the methods of observation,interview and text analysis to sort out the text materials related to labor education,observe the teaching activities carried out by teachers in small classes,analyze the interviews between teachers,and study the status quo,problems and causes of self-serving labor education,collective service labor education,planting and feeding labor education and manual labor education in small class children’s labor education.There are some problems in content selection,organization,implementation and evaluation of labor education for children in small classes.In terms of content selection,the content of labor education lacks comprehensiveness and does not pay attention to the suitability of children’s development.In terms of organization and implementation,the collective education activities are dominated by teachers,children have few opportunities to learn actively,and the links of collective teaching activities are not connected properly,which leads to the waste of time,insufficient material delivery in regional activities,and insufficient environment creation.In the evaluation,the evaluation subject is single and the timeliness of evaluation is ignored.The reasons leading to such problems include the lack of exploration of labor education content in kindergartens,lack of understanding of children’s current development level and available educational resources,lack of teaching experience of teachers,excessive pursuit of uniform collective action by teachers,lack of support for labor education in kindergartens,lack of exploration of evaluation,long evaluation cycle and heavy workload.According to the research status and problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: Kindergarten actively explore labor education content,make labor education content more comprehensive,kindergarten in-depth understanding of children’s existing development level,make full use of all kinds of education resources,teachers enrich their teaching experience,reduce unnecessary collective action,reduce children’s "waiting",kindergarten to provide labor education material support and spiritual support,kindergarten in-depth exploration of labor education evaluation,Think more,reflect more,reasonable arrangement of evaluation content,timely evaluation. |
