The Study Of Case Work Interventions In Mobile Phone Dependence Among Adolescents

The phenomenon of adolescent mobile phone dependence is a complex phenomenon involving personal and environmental factors,which needs to be comprehensively analyzed to effectively solve it,and social work is not only a comprehensive discipline integrating philosophy,sociology,psychology and other disciplines,but also pays attention to the interaction between people and the environment,so it is of great significance and value to intervene in the phenomenon of adolescent mobile phone dependence from the perspective of social work.This study takes adolescents as the research object,uses cognitive behavior theory and social support theory to intervene in the cognitive and environmental levels of adolescents respectively,and assists adolescents to get out of the dilemma of mobile phone dependence by changing their irrational cognition and enhancing the function of their social support system,and further helps adolescents achieve self-promotion on this basis.The results show that under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory and social support theory,it is effective to intervene in the cognitive level and social support system of adolescents through casework methods to intervene in the dilemma of mobile phone dependence,and the physical and mental state of individuals has an important impact on the improvement of mobile phone dependence dilemma,and the conclusion of this study puts forward suggestions for introducing resident social workers in secondary schools,but how to introduce resident social workers and how to coordinate various resources after the introduction of resident social workers needs further discussion.
