Research On The Way To Deal With A Situation Of Social Entrepreneurship Education Development For College Students In Provincial Universities

With the rising tide of the industrial revolution,the challenges brought by artificial intelligence to human beings are increasing day by day,and the demand of society for innovative talents is also expanding.Cultivating innovative talents is an important proposition of college education and a vital cause related to the development of the country and people’s livelihood.As we all know,the current provincial university students employment and entrepreneurship ability are obviously insufficient,and their ability to cope with the changing environment is at a low level.With carrying out social entrepreneurship education,college students sense of social responsibility and ability to solve problems both can be enhanced.Therefore,exploring the development of social entrepreneurship education for college students can improve the employment situation of college students.Then,we can lay a solid foundation of the growth of national economy.This paper combines the research related to social entrepreneurship(SE)of college students,taking the H University in Huangshi as an example,and conducts questionnaire and interview surveys on college students,through collating and analyzing the survey results,the following problems are summarized: first,college students lack theoretical knowledge of SE and have cognitive bias;second,college students have a strong public welfare concept,but few actually participate in SE activities;third,the self-efficacy of SE among college students is low and they lack confidence in practice.Based on the Triple Helix theory and Society Ecosystems theory,we analyze the causes of the problems and find that there are three reasons: the lack of awareness of the main body of SE education at the university level,insufficient support for SE at the government level,insufficient motivation to support SE at the enterprise level.By drawing on the excellent experience of SE education at home and abroad,the following insights can be drawn: First,universities should strengthen the development of SE curriculum materials,improve the level of SE teachers,build a platform for SE practice,and create a culture of SE.Second,the government should strengthen policy guidance,improve encouraging policies on SE,broaden the publicity channels of SE policies,and encourage universities to reach cooperation with social enterprises.Third,social enterprises should take the initiative to provide support and assistance for the development of SE education in colleges and universities,and enhance their awareness of SE services.This paper is innovative in the research perspective,and the research findings can provide reference values for other similar local universities in China in SE education.
