It has been nearly 20 years since China's universities launched entrepreneurship education and practiced entrepreneurship training.After nearly 20 years of exploration,entrepreneurial talent training has entered a new stage.The new stage has spawned new tasks and the new stage faces new challenges.With the deepening of the supply-side reform of universities,we need to carry out cross-discipline and cross-context research from more perspectives in order to better promote innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,and to serve the practice of entrepreneurial talent cultivation.From the perspective of social entrepreneurship,this article cuts into the research on entrepreneurial talent training countermeasures,and based on the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education.It analyzes the guiding role of social entrepreneurship in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in universities through a case study of social entrepreneurship across contexts and analysis of the needs of social entrepreneurs.At the micro level,a new paradigm for innovating entrepreneurial talents is built from the perspective of inwards,so as to provide suggestions for the cultivation of talents in universities in the new stage.At the same time,the concept of social entrepreneurship has implications for universities in responding to academic capitalization and new ways for universities in the new era.This study is oriented towards the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in universities,taking social entrepreneurship as an analysis,using the classical entrepreneurship process theory,through the case studies of social entrepreneurship in local contexts,we analyze the cases of social entrepreneurship during the modern times ZhangJian and Different contemporary business startup tide times.Through the comparison of historical space-time,we explored the development of social entrepreneurship practices in China,and combined with the interview research of social entrepreneurship universities,we found that the pursuit of social values is in the same line.The content of this research is highlights the mutual reciprocal between outstanding traditional entrepreneurial cases and the era of realistic innovation and entrepreneurship.This study is divided into six chapters.First of all,it elaborates the background and the significance of the topic,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas,content methods,and main innovation points in this article.Defines the related concepts and theoretical basis,clarifies the concept of research boundary,quotes the theory of entrepreneurial process and the socialist core values,and clarifies the analytical framework of research.And secondly,itcarries out cases study of social entrepreneurship,conducts research and analysis on four cases of social entrepreneurship across the situation,and forms a social entrepreneurship research based on local context.Through interviews and research on social entrepreneurship students in universities,the content of the interviews was taken into root analysis toform an interview report.Once again,we try to construct a new paradigm for entrepreneurial talents in universities,respond to the problems existing in the fostering of entrepreneurial talents in universities,and propose a fusion paradigm in which social entrepreneurship is included in the training of university entrepreneurial talents.Finally,concludes with a summary of the study and points out the lack of research and prospects.
