A Study On The Core Competence Of Students’ Entrepreneurship In Local Colleges And Universities-exampled By Y Commerce Co.,ltd

In university,students are the hard core in the development of a country,representing knowledge and creativity.They are highly valued in all aspects when activities about business startups and innovations by the general public are carried out.Since local college students present a large proportion of university students in general.Therefore to find out where local college students’ core entrepreneurial competence lies in and to set it as a goal when intensively promoting targeted education training are essential for college students to succeed in starting business.There are several major problems with local college students’ core competence in starting business.They include the lack of the perception of starting business and practical entrepreneurial policies,incomplete entrepreneurial education courses,opportunities to apply theories to practice and so on.The combined efforts of individuals,colleges and the society can strengthen and improve local college students’ core entrepreneurial competitiveness.As for college students,it’s important to exploit potentialities by themselves,to have clear goals and to create valuable own-brands.As for colleges,they should provide students with education based on theoretical knowledge,then give consideration to real,local distinctions and put these theories into practice to enhance local college students’ abilities in starting business.As for the society,it is important to use policies and social forces to build up platforms for local college students to start their own business..Based on theoretical research,the article brings in a case study of the Y e-commerce limited company in Guangdong Province.It analyzes Y’s problems arising in the process of entrepreneurial development,in order to give some useful suggestions for Y’s improvement.Moreover,having comprehensively considered the current situation and problems of local college students’ business startups,the article comes to the conclusion that local colleges should develop local college students’ core entrepreneurial competence in four ways.They are completing curriculum arrangement,cultivating professional teaching staff,taking advantage of local characteristic industries and establishing platforms to apply theories to practice.
