| Due to the complexity of the environment in which children grow up and the sense of gap caused by the lack of family capital,children from low-income families have long faced the problem of poor interpersonal relationships,which is fundamentally caused by their low interpersonal self-efficacy.The survey found that the low interpersonal self-efficacy of children from low-income families is mainly manifested in interpersonal skills and interpersonal strategies.Children from low-income families lack good expression skills in terms of interpersonal skills,are not good at expressing themselves in communication,and are obviously insufficient in self-ability,are not good at showing ideal self-image,and lack positive self-awareness and evaluation;In terms of interpersonal communication strategies,persistence is weak,easy to withdraw in the face of communication difficulties,and communication skills are lacking,failure to realize the importance of communication in interpersonal communication,and lack of flexible communication skills.In this regard,based on the experiential learning theory,this study designs an experiential learning group intervention mode consisting of four stages of perceptual experience,communication reflection,inductive summary and action application.Through the intervention of the experiential learning cycle process under the themes of "Acquiring Positive Attribution","Effective Communication and Expression","Cultivating Persistence","Reasonable Control of Emotions","Building Positive Self-Awareness and Evaluation" and "Accumulating Advantageous Experience",the interpersonal skills and interpersonal strategies of children from low-income families have been improved,self-judgment and evaluation in communication have become more positive,and self-confidence has been improved.Therefore,it is concluded that the intervention of experiential learning group mode can effectively improve the interpersonal self-efficacy of children from low-income families. |
