A Study On Interpersonal Communication Disorder Of Children In Dilemma Families With Group Work

Children represent the hope of a country and a nation,and are an important part of national economic and social development and civilization progress.Interpersonal communication is particularly important in the growth and development of children.However,due to the reasons of the original family,the children are in a difficult situation for a long time.Parents or family reasons can not fulfill the responsibility of guardianship,leading to the children in the individual,the family,Social and other informal social support networks appear serious breakage,hindering children's physical and mental healthy growth.The lack of self-confidence,emotional fluctuation and weak handling of interpersonal relationships of children in troubled families make us realize that they are in a difficult situation and in urgent need of help.Based on the above problems,this paper applies the practical skills and methods of group work to explore and study it.In the Y community,we set up the interpersonal communication group of "Heart and hand together and Love together".Using social learning theory,social support theory and empowerment theory,we designed six group activities to enhance the self-confidence of the group members.Through the extensive interaction and experience sharing in group work,the group members should be guided to establish and enhance their self-confidence,learn to control and regulate bad emotions,and fully tap their personal potential.Strengthen the initiative and initiative of interpersonal communication.Learn the skills and methods of interpersonal communication in group interaction and improve the ability of interpersonal communication so as to overcome the obstacles of interpersonal communication.Based on the project of "Forest of Steles in Xi'an",this paper accumulates a large amount of research data through field investigation,which provides sufficient material basis for the smooth research in the later period.This paper evaluates the effect of this activity by the combination of process assessment and result evaluation,and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the group members by means of observer evaluation,group activity evaluation and team members self-evaluation.The study found that group work can provide practical and effective help for children in difficult families to overcome interpersonal barriers,and it also has some practical application.
