Since a comprehensive trial of community correction in 2009,the correction education has become one of the important contents of community correction,aiming at correcting the bad thoughts and behavior and preventing recidivism.The number of female criminals in our country has continued to climb since the reform and opening up,and compared with men,female crimes have more inherent characteristics,and its correction education needs have its uniqueness.However,there is a lack of specific corrective measures in community correction education in our country.Through a four-month participatory observation in the Justice Bureau of X District,Zhangzhou City,this study collected the data of 32 female community correction personnel in X District,Zhangzhou City,and conducted semi-structured interviews with 8 correction personnel to obtain supportive first-hand data.The study found that the crime path and correctional education dilemma faced by female community correction personnel were strongly related to female gender.During the period of community correction,there were problems such as longing for family care,difficulty in resolving psychological pressure,low sense of self-identity,and poor emotional management ability.Moreover,the needs of female community correction objects were mainly concentrated in three aspects: Knowledge acquisition needs,emotional needs and economic needs.Guided by social support theory,ABC emotion theory and empowerment theory,this paper designs a set of group activity program for female community correction objects and carries out practical development,so as to help female community correction personnel to change as soon as possible and return to society better.The research shows that group work for female community correction objects can not only help them objectively understand their roles,improve their sense of self-identity,better control their emotions and relieve pressure,improve the effect of correction and promote social harmony and stability,but also further enrich the practical research of correction social work and provide references for the formulation of relevant policies.To promote the development of corrective work.
