The teaching of dramatic literature works is an important part of Chinese teaching in senior high school,which plays an important role in cultivating students’ good literary accomplishment and aesthetic ability,and establishing correct emotions,attitudes and values.The majority of front-line teachers have been actively exploring and innovating the teaching methods of Chinese drama in senior high school and optimizing teaching effects in teaching practice.The rapid development of information technology has not only made great changes in the dissemination of information and reading methods,but also promoted the reform of teaching methods and greatly broadened the thinking of Chinese teaching."Cross-media reading teaching" is a new reading teaching method under the background of the information age.The cross-media reading teaching of high school drama literature works meets the requirements of the new curriculum reform,which is more conducive to realizing the objective of high school Chinese drama teaching,optimizing the teaching effect of drama,and fully improving students’ media literacy.Therefore,based on the high school Chinese textbooks of People’s Education Edition,this thesis studies the cross-media reading teaching of high school Chinese drama,proposes specific teaching implementation strategies,and carries out teaching practice and reflecting on this basis.On the basis of fully collecting,sorting out and analyzing the existing relevant research results,this paper discusses from four parts.First,it discusses the theoretical basis and essential characteristics of cross-media reading teaching and communication teaching.The theory of media dissemination and the theory of situational students are the important theoretical basis for the formation of cross-media reading and communication teaching mode,which has the characteristics of the transcendency and the integration of information content and resource acquisition respectively.The second part systematically analyzes and discusses the necessity of cross-media reading teaching research of high school Chinese drama.Cross-media reading and communication teaching meets the requirements of the new curriculum reform;It is beneficial to realize the teaching objectives of drama literature works;It enhances students’ ability to appreciate drama literature works and promotes students’ aesthetic ability and the ability to evaluate and analyze drama literature works as well as optimizes the teaching effect of Chinese drama;It can improve students’ media literacy,which enable students to understand and be familiar with the characteristics and differences of common media and their information presentation while learning dramatic literature works,so as to improve the ability to understand,distinguish and evaluate the communication content of different media,and improve the ability of cross-media sharing and communication.The third part puts forward the implementation strategy of cross-media reading teaching in senior high school from three aspects: preparation before class,study in class and consolidation after class.At last,it conducts teaching practice and self-examination,applying the "cross-media reading teaching method" to the class of high school Chinese drama teaching,finding problems through teaching practice,and seriously reflecting on the summary.To a certain extent,this study can enrich the theoretical research results of "high school Chinese drama" and "cross-media reading and communication" teaching,and provide references for front-line teachers to expand the ideas of high school Chinese drama teaching and improve teaching methods.
