The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that "we should do a good job of education to the satisfaction of the people,fully implement the Party’s educational policy,implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor." As an important part of the national education system,labor education is the basic requirement of fully implementing the Party’s educational policy,and an important content of implementing quality education.Only with good labor awareness can we actively acquire labor knowledge and learn labor skills.Therefore,it is of great value to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the cultivation of labor consciousness in the moral and legal courses in junior high school.Starting from the theoretical basis of the cultivation of labor consciousness,this paper clarifies the content of the cultivation of labor consciousness of students in the moral and rule of law course,uses research methods such as student questionnaires and teacher interviews to investigate the current situation of the cultivation of labor consciousness in the moral and rule of law course in junior high school,explores its existing problems and proposes solutions based on the data obtained,with a view to providing concrete and feasible implementation suggestions for the cultivation of labor consciousness in the moral and rule of law course in junior high school.This article is divided into three parts,and the specific contents are as follows:In the first part,the author defines the core concepts by reading relevant literature;This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the cultivation of labor consciousness in the course of morality and the rule of law from the perspective of Marxist labor concept and the important exposition of previous Chinese leaders on labor;It also expounds the four contents of the cultivation of labor consciousness in the moral and rule of law course in junior high school,combs the specific contents involved in the moral and rule of law teaching materials in detail in the form of tables,and points out the important significance of the cultivation of labor consciousness in the moral and rule of law course.The second part,through the questionnaire survey and teacher interview,understands the current situation of the cultivation of students’ labor consciousness,and probes into the problems and reasons of teachers in teaching concepts,teaching methods,teaching content and teaching practice;According to the data of the questionnaire,we can understand the current situation of high school students’ labor consciousness from four aspects: labor cognition,labor attitude,labor ability and labor practice.The third part,taking the teaching of morality and the rule of law as the carrier,expounds in detail that the cultivation of students’ labor consciousness must improve teachers’ quality and strengthen the cultivation of labor consciousness;Expand teaching resources and enrich teaching contents;Develop the second classroom teaching activities,bridge the theory and practice,so as to really and effectively improve the level of junior high school students’ labor consciousness. |
