Research On The Cultivation Of Legal Awareness Of Students In The "Moral And Rule Of Law" Class In Junior High School

"The rule of law prospers the country,and the rule of law is strong makes the country strong." The rule of law is the basic strategy for the Party to lead the people in governing the country.Comprehensively advancing the rule of law is an important guarantee for realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.Junior high school students are the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.They are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.They will play a major role in the process of comprehensively advancing the rule of law.Therefore,cultivating and enhancing the awareness of the rule of law of junior high school students is the due meaning of promoting the construction of a modern socialist country.By consulting a large number of relevant literature,teacher interviews and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the cultivation of students’ awareness of law in "Morality and Rule of Law",and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on this basis,hope for the junior high school " morality and rule of law " teaching and students’ rule of law consciousness make a small force.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the research background and significance of the cultivation of morality and rule of law,summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign students,and discusses the cultivation of morality and rule of law.The paper mainly defines the concepts of law,legal consciousness and junior high school students,and lays the solid theoretical foundation;the third part is the problems and causes.Based on the teachers’ interview and student questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes the interview results and survey data,analyzes the main problems of the cultivation and the countermeasures of the cultivation of morality and rule of law.On the basis of the analysis,we focus on the teaching objectives and the education carrier,the social resources,and the construction of teachers,and the fifth part is the teaching design.Taking the second title of "Crime Prevention" in the second frame of the fifth volume of grade 8 as an example,the countermeasures proposed in the fourth part are applied to the classroom teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law",teaching and designing the students’ legal awareness of "Morality and Rule of Law",so as to verify the rationality of the proposed countermeasures.
