| Labor education pursues the cultivation of students’ labor literacy in the four dimensions of knowledge,affection,intention and action,and is an indispensable part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.Labor education is the key node for the integration of the five educations,and also determines the spiritual outlook of the builders and successors of socialism in the new era.However,labor education has long been marginalized.Excessive emphasis on intellectual education under exam-oriented education,resulting in the lack of labor education and neglecting the cultivation and education of students’ comprehensive quality.At present,students have a negative attitude towards labor.As the cradle of educating people,primary school is the starting point for students to receive a comprehensive and systematic education.The school must assume the main responsibility of cultivating students to understand,know and love labor.Looking back at the present,primary school labor education is still in the stage of exploration.Most schools are facing great difficulties in carrying out labor education.Therefore,this study takes qualitative research as the orientation,conduct research on the implementation of labor education curriculum in Xiamen Labor Education Demonstration School-H School.Research methods including literature research method,observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,this study conducted a multidimensional analysis of the implementation status of labor education curriculum in H School.Put forward optimization strategies according to the problems existing in the implementation,summarize the experience and inspiration of the school’s implementation of labor education,and then optimize the implementation of primary school labor education curriculum.The study found that the H school labor education curriculum is guided by Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory,combines labor education policy documents and the school’s own characteristics to formulate curriculum plans and develop school-based courses.Carry out multi-path labor teaching practice activities,and labor teaching has yielded fruitful results.However,the implementation of the labor education curriculum in H school is still prominent: the nature of the curriculum is characterized by the one-sided labor cognition,the lack of innovation in the curriculum content,the lack of synergy between "home-school-scomm" in the implementation of the curriculum,and the non-implementation of the labor curriculum evaluation plan,the development of the teaching staff in terms of curriculum security is weak.The reasons for further analysis of the implementation of the labor education curriculum in H school are: firstly,the lack of interpretation of labor policy documents,secondly,the dependence on the choice of labor curriculum content,the third is the lack of education and teaching literacy of labor teachers,and the fourth is the lack of professional development and training of labor teachers.Finally,in order to promote the more efficient implementation and sustainable development of labor education in H schools,an optimization strategy is proposed for the above problems:establish holographic curriculum values,integrate course content based on knowledge holistic theory,promote practice-oriented curriculum implementation,and implement diversified interactive course evaluation.On the whole,the current primary school labor education curriculum should firmly establish a unified concept of knowledge and action,pay attention to the systematic planning of the labor curriculum system,and the multi-party coordinated implementation of the labor curriculum security mechanism.To write a new chapter in the development of labor education curriculum to realize the physical and mental development of students. |
