| ’Travel agency business ’ course is one of the important core courses of tourism service specialty in secondary vocational schools.The course has clear requirements for students ’practical ability and operational ability.In the teaching process,teachers are required to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.This should not only use a variety of appropriate teaching methods and means,but also focus on cultivating students ’ practical ability.However,at present,in the teaching of " travel agency business " course in secondary vocational schools,many teachers still choose the traditional " spoon-feeding " teaching method.The traditional teaching method is difficult to stimulate students ’ interest in learning and improve the classroom learning atmosphere.The final teaching effect of the course can not meet the expectations.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt a method(task-driven teaching method)that can mobilize students ’ enthusiasm and improve teaching quality.This method is applied to the teaching of " travel agency business " course in secondary vocational schools.It is of great significance to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect.It also has certain enlightening significance for carrying out reform and practical research.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper explores the current situation of the teaching of "travel agency business" course in Guilin secondary vocational school.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the traditional teaching method of the current secondary vocational "travel agency business" course.Through the use of constructivism theory,humanism theory,cooperative learning theory,multiple intelligence development theory and other educational theories,the task-driven teaching method is applied to some modules of the " travel agency business " course in secondary vocational schools.Based on the teaching mode of task-driven teaching method and the characteristics of the " travel agency business " course in secondary vocational schools,the teaching design steps of using task-driven teaching method in the " travel agency business " course in secondary vocational schools are designed.The functions and requirements of each implementation step before class,in class,after class and in the teaching process(task design,task decomposition,task execution,execution result,teaching evaluation,summary and reflection)are implemented and analyzed.The task-driven teaching method is applied to the teaching of the " travel agency business " course in secondary vocational schools.Through comprehensive evaluation,it is found that task-driven teaching method has a good effect on improving students’ learning interest and attitude,learning habits and academic performance compared with traditional teaching methods.After the implementation of the teaching method,the teaching effect is summarized and sorted out.The research conclusions and shortcomings in teaching implementation are obtained.On this basis,the application of task-driven method in secondary vocational courses is prospected.Finally,through the teaching practice research can be concluded.The application of task-driven teaching method in the course of "Travel Agency Business" in secondary vocational schools is effective.The students’ interest in learning,learning attitude,learning habits,and academic performance have been improved.At the same time,for teachers themselves,in the process to achieve the teaching objectives,the teaching experience and reflection also put forward some thinking.It can be seen that this teaching method provides some new ideas for the reform of secondary vocational education. |
