In December 2022,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Construction and Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System",which proposed that in the process of comprehensively building a modern country,vocational education should adhere to the direction of people-oriented reform,so that students with different endowments and needs can choose multiple times and become diversified talentsIn the past,there were phenomena such as "building groups for the sake of building groups" in the construction of professional groups in vocational colleges,which failed to fully reflect the basic efficiency of the construction of professional groups.This study analyzes the "student-based effect" of professional group connotation construction,and clarifies the goal orientation of professional group connotation construction,in order to promote the development of vocational colleges themselves and the development of students.In the empirical research part,Q schools with professional groups and H schools without professional groups were selected as research cases,and the interview survey method and case analysis method were comprehensively used to analyze the "life-based effect" of professional group connotation construction.The comparative analysis method was used to compare the "student-cost effect" of professional group and non-professional group in horizontal comparison,and the "student-cost effect" of professional group construction and non-professional group construction was analyzed to improve knowledge,skills,ability,emotion and behavior in KSAIBs.The results show that the connotation construction of professional groups has obvious effects in promoting knowledge improvement,skill generation and behavior improvement of students’ KSAIBs,but has limited effects in promoting students’ attitude change and ability improvement.Through systematic analysis,this study believes that there are problems in the construction of professional group connotation,such as imbalance of life-cost effect,weak faculty,insufficient capital investment,solidification of management mode,and lack of evaluation system.Based on this,this study proposes that the construction of professional group connotation should adhere to the people-oriented concept,improve the construction of the teaching team,broaden the channels of funding sources,optimize the construction of management system,establish and improve the evaluation system,and provide guidance for the construction of the connotation of professional groups to highlight the "life-based effect".
