| Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,the construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges is proposed.Its ultimate goal is to realize the cultivation of compound talents to adapt to the development of the industry and realize individual value.At present,new technologies and new business formats are constantly emerging,and the nature of work has changed.New work scenarios are aimed at achieving automation,and the requirements for individual capabilities have been greatly improved.This article is dedicated to exploring how to organize various elements in the current professional group construction,through different professional group construction models,to achieve multi-professional and cross-professional talent training,and to further enhance the adaptability of vocational education and economic and social development.The general idea of this article is to analyze the three professional group construction cases based on the definition of the concept of professional group construction mode.Through the method of multi-case study,focusing on construction ideas,organization logic,teaching resources,and school-enterprise cooperation.Through analysis,three models of professional group construction are proposed,and the differences and common characteristics of the three models are discussed.On this basis,the formation mechanism of professional group construction is analyzed,and cross-case analysis is completed.Finally,the actual problems in the construction are analyzed through the data,and construction suggestions are put forward.The specific research content of this article is to use multiple case studies as the research method,select software,logistics,and nursing professional groups to construct cases,and conduct analytical induction through interviews,documents,official website and other data collection.In the single case analysis,three different construction models are drawn,including the core majors,the docking industry chain,and the job group-based construction model.Each model has its own specific structure logic,talent training,and school-enterprise cooperation.Through cross-case analysis and summary,the three professional group construction models are analyzed and compared.Each model has its own characteristics in group logic,industry characteristics,professional field scope,and talent training goals.At the same time It also has the common characteristics.It has been summarized and analyzed that policy promotion,industrial development,individual needs,and the development of higher vocational colleges have become the main forces to promote the construction of professional groups,and the formation of professional group formation mechanisms and groups that adapt to the demand side and the supply side of talents are formed.Through case analysis and research,the problems in the further construction of the professional group of higher vocational colleges are analyzed,mainly including lagging ideas,loose resources,and lack of management.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including improving the efficiency of resource utilization,aiming at talent training,efficient integration of teaching resources,efficient use of industrial resources,enhancing government and enterprise participation,and innovating professional group governance methods. |
