Study On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Group Of Majors In Western Higher Vocational Colleges From The Perspective Of New Development Concept

At present,the development of our country has stood at a new historical starting point,the economy and society have entered a stage of high-quality development.The process of industrial transformation and upgrading was accelerated,at the same time,continuously to cluster,scale development.The traditional single specialty construction mechanism has the problems of resources dispersion,waste and low competitiveness,it cannot meet the needs of the development of industrial clusters for the compound and innovative technical talents,the structural contradiction between the supply and demand of talents is getting worse and worse,there is an urgent need to adjust professional development strategies,to meet the needs of industrial development.As an effective way for higher vocational colleges to adapt to the development of industrial clusters and break through the dilemma of specialty construction.The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance launched the “Dual High-Level program” in 2019,we should give full play to the advantages of resource clusters and social services of professional groups,Butt-regional industrial chain,cluster transformation and development mode.The construction from specialty to professional groups is a leap in the professional development of higher vocational colleges,it is not only the change of professional development mode under the background of industrial cluster development,but also the optimization of teaching grass-roots organization in higher vocational colleges.The construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges in western China has insufficient ability to support regional industry development,there are some problems in the professional group,such as unbalanced distribution of specialties,inadequate guarantee mechanism,resource integration,school-enterprise cooperation and international exchange and cooperation.As the latest theoretical achievement of Marxism in China,the new concept of innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development is promoting high-quality economic and social development in China.Therefore,the use of China’s theory to solve China’s problems,we should actively promote the application of the new development concept in the construction of professional groups in vocational colleges,and to explore the new development concept to guide the construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges in western China,it is an important way to excavate the new engine of highquality development of higher vocational colleges in western China,it has important theoretical and practical significance.The study adopts the perspective of new development concept,the approaches,such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey,the case analysis,and so on,take the college as an example,In-depth study of specific models in the western and western vocational higher colleges,by “dissecting the Sparrow” SWOT is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the internal and external environment of professional groups in vocational colleges,the main solution is how to look at the construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges in western China with the new development concept,search for common problems,to establish a SWOT-based analytical framework for intra-group specialty distribution,security mechanism,resource integration,school-enterprise cooperation,and international exchange and cooperation,and find out the rule of promoting the construction of specialty groups.The study take the professional group of the electromechanical drainage and irrigation engineering in XX vocational and technical college in western XX province as the research object,are used.The problems existing in the group of majors of the electromechanical drainage and irrigation engineering in XX vocational and Technical College are summarized: the curriculum system,the teachers,the practice conditions and other resources integration is not enough,the internal governance of professional group needs to be improved,the school-enterprise cooperation is still maintained in the shallow level and the imbalance of international exchange and cooperation.These problems can,t support construction the group of majors high-quality.To explore the causes of the problems: inadequate innovation results in incomplete reform of basic level teaching organizations of professional groups,unbalanced coordination factors affect the integration of resources of professional groups,inadequate green concept affects the sustainable development of professional groups,and inadequate sharing mechanism affects the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation,and so on.Analysis based on problems and causes,the construction of professional groups in western higher vocational colleges should be fully integrated into the new development concept: Take innovation as the key,precision docking industry chain reconstruction professional group curriculum system,and deepen the essence of professional groups;to coordinate the development and clarify the internal governance requirements of professional groups;green development deepens teaching reform of specialty groups;the opening development concept to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,the sharing development concept deepening the school-enterprise cooperation,and so on.In order to achieve a high level of professional groups in western vocational colleges to provide advice and reference.
