Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures For The Construction Of Political Instructor Groups In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of the social modernization construction, our country needs large numbers of constructors with certain theoretical knowledge and skills. Adapting to the need of the times, a multitude of higher vocational schools have been emerged. Many higher vocational schools are transformed by original polytechnic school or technical school. They follow the previous forms and methods about the philosophy and model of schooling, thus they can not adapt to the requirements in the new situation. On the other hand, because the histories of higher vocational schools are shorter than general colleges, there still exist an exploration and learning process in the aspects of ideological and political education and student management.Instructor is the backbone in college students'ideological and political education and the main executives in student management. In the light of the peculiarity of college students'ideological and political education in the new situation, strengthening the construction of instructor groups and making a high quality, rational structure and professional instructor groups are the fundamental guarantee of doing well in students' ideological education and creating harmonious campus.This thesis is mainly divided into three parts:Part One:It states the responsibilities and characteristics of instructor position and the significance of the construction of instructor groups in the higher vocational college. Firstly, it introduces the details of instructor work and the features of the peculiarity of working nature, the complexity of working content, the transaction of working form, the initiative of working object, the independence of working pattern and the collectivity of working effect. Secondly, it points out the peculiarity of instructor work in higher vocational school. Lastly, it illuminates that strengthening the construction of instructor groups has the vital significance to the development of students' ideological and political work and the good training of students.Part Two:It states the current situations and the problems of the construction of instructor groups in the higher vocational college. It discusses the achievements at present, including ideological appreciation, the size of instructor groups, the improvement of educational background, and the methods of instructor work keeping pace with the times. Meanwhile, it points out some insufficiency, mainly including personnel shortage, ambiguous duties, lack of identification and so on, and analyzes the causes of these problems, mainly discussed from the subjective and objective aspects.Part Three:It puts forward the relevant solutions for the above questions and causes, mainly developing thoroughly from five aspects:firstly, grasp the objectives of the construction of instructor groups scientifically; Secondly, improve the understanding on the thought, perfect the equipment of instructors, optimize the structure of instructor groups so as to make them professional and occupational; Thirdly, define the relevant responsibilities, enhance the professional identification; Fourthly, encourage instructors to improve themselves, and explore the new methods of students work. Finally, establish and refine instructors' cultural and developing system, thus enable instructor groups to attract recruits and retain veterans, and providing a long-term planning mechanism.
