A country’s strength is rooted in its youth.As young college students,we are integral in achieving the Chinese Dream of revitalizing our nation.Our professional values serve as the cornerstone for this vision to become a reality.As college students in the modern era,it is our responsibility to contribute to the national rejuvenation and future of our country.Unfortunately,many of us are facing various employment difficulties and problems as a result of our professional values lagging behind or deviating from what is expected.Colleges and universities have a crucial responsibility to develop competent individuals who can uphold and advance socialism with Chinese characteristics.They play a pivotal role in instilling the professional values of the modern era and are the primary institutions for cultivating and implementing these values.This paper focuses on the cultivation of professional values among college students.It analyzes the practical challenges that arise during this process and explores specific paths to overcome these challenges from a practical perspective.This paper aims to explore the cultivation of professional values among college students,beginning with an examination of the concept itself.The paper defines what is meant by professional values and highlights their key characteristics.Drawing on the works of Marxist classic writers,as well as the wisdom of major leaders of the Communist Party of China throughout history and the rich heritage of traditional Chinese culture,this paper examines the theory of cultivating professional values among college students.By taking into account the unique characteristics of our current era,this study seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of cultivating professional values among college students.This subject paper delves into the practical challenges of fostering professional values among college students.The research methodology involves a comprehensive questionnaire survey,which is divided into three sections: personal basic information,the current status of professional values cultivation among college students,and the factors that influence the cultivation of professional values.The survey aims to provide clarity on the issues surrounding professional values cultivation among college students.To improve the cultivation process,four key areas must be addressed.Firstly,the cultivation goal requires updating.Secondly,the cultivation method needs to be innovated.Thirdly,the cultivation effect must be enhanced,and finally,the cultivation environment should be optimized.By focusing on these four areas,we can improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the cultivation process.This paper aimed to address the challenge of cultivating professional values among college students by conducting research.The specific approach to cultivating these values was identified through this research.The first is to define the goal system for cultivating university students’ professional values.Secondly,it is necessary to improve the ways and means of training university students’ professional values.Thirdly,it is necessary to improve the evaluation and motivation of college students’ vocational education.Fourthly,it is necessary to set up a cooperative system for cultivating university students’ professional values.I hope this paper can help university students to set up the right profession values and get out of the difficult job.
