Research On The Professional Values Of Normal University Students

Professional values are the specific expression of human values in the professional field,which plays an important role in guiding one's career choice.With the rapid development of economy,the diversification of culture and the increasingly severe employment situation and other changes in social environment,college students' professional values have also changed greatly.Normal students as a special group of college students,their professional values are directly related to the future teachers' teaching behavior and working state,as well as the stability and development of the future teachers.However,in the process of combing the relevant literature,it is found that the research results of the macro group of college students are more,while the research results of normal students are less.Therefore,this paper will study the professional values of normal students.The study collected 492 questionnaires by investigating the status of vocational values and influencing factors of normal students.The survey shows that: the overall values of professional values,the pluralism of occupation value orientation,the realization of value of self and the contradiction between the choice of occupation value and social value;There are different degrees of differences in the professional values of normal school students in gender,subject type,place of origin,parents' education level,family economic situation and employment ability;social,school,family and students' own factors all affect the normal students' professional value orientation in different degrees.Finally,based on the characteristics of the ideological and political education process,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from the four aspects of society,school,family and themselves to help normal students establishscientific professional values,so as to promote them to step into the education work scientifically and orderly.
