With the development of the times and the deepening of education reform, more and more students actively participate in class management and give full play to the consciousness of class protagonists.Under the student-oriented concept, primary school class management refers to the democratic and participatory autonomous class management based on the student-oriented principle. The goal is to cultivate social people with win-win cooperation, with the characteristics of fairness, democracy, inclusiveness, participation, cooperation and autonomy, which is conducive to cultivating students’ sense of self-discipline and enhancing their management ability. This study is based on student-oriented education theory,people-oriented management theory and community theory. From the perspective of student-oriented concept, this study focuses on class management, taking Class C of Guangzhou A Primary School as an example.Case study, literature research, questionnaire survey and interview survey are used to carry out the research.Draw lessons from the existing literature to study the four aspects of class management: the creation of class environment, the construction of class style, the construction of class system and class teaching activities, and explore the situation of class management in Class C of Primary School as a whole, and analyze the management effect, management problems and trace back to the source, and finally take Class C student-based management as a case, put forward suggestions for improvement. The research work is mainly carried out from five parts.First of all,use scientific research methods to understand the current situation of the off-duty management of the student-based concept.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the theory of primary school class management under the student-oriented concept.Thirdly,it makes a detailed analysis of the class management practice of Class C in Primary School A under the student-oriented concept from the dimensions of class environment creation, class style construction, class system construction and class teaching activities. Then,it makes an in-depth analysis of the actual effects, problems and causes of class management in Class C under the concept of student-oriented.The problem lies in the weak implementation of the "cooperation" of student-based management by some teachers, the insufficient grasp of the "autonomy" of student-based management by some teachers, the lack of attention from a few teachers to the "democratic" nature of student-based management, and some students’ insufficient attention to the "participation" of student-based management. The reason is that the social recognition of student-based management is not high;the standardization of school student-based management is not enough;families do not pay enough attention to student-based management;teachers are not professional in student-based management;students are not practical in student-based management. Finally, from the dimensions of cooperation, autonomy, democracy and participation, the paper puts forward some optimization suggestions for the improvement of primary school class management under the student-based concept.Class management is a systematic project.Only when we co-ordinate all the resources related to the class, fully trust the students, fully respect and rely on the students to manage the class, can we stimulate the management desire of the "little master" of the class, give full play to its potential, and achieve the best class management.cultivate sunny,confident,self-disciplined students. This study will continue,in-depth and detailed exploration of the student-based concept of class management, with a view to the emergence of more scientific, more reasonable, more comprehensive and richer excellent cases of class management based on the student-based concept.
