Class group is the basic unit of the students’ learning and life, which could producemulti-faceted and profound impact on students. What’s more, class construction has effectson school and the students’ overall appearance. Teachers attach great importance to the classconstruction and carry out class construction vigorously. All these things they do play animportant role in promoting the students’ all-round development and cultivating them to bethe new generation with ideals, morality, culture and discipline.Over the years, class construction has achieved valuable results both in theoreticalresearch and practical exploration. For example, to establish a class, the teacher in charge ofthe class not only should be loyal to education career but bright and capable; It is alsoessencial to have a batch of backbone to form a strong core class; Moreover, the class shouldshare a common goal and form a good class atmosphere and so on. However, in the review ofrelevant research, it is easy to find that the discussion in theory has attracted more attentionthan empirical research; More attention has been paid to the status of "ought to" rather thanthe condition of "reality"; General comment is more than targeted research. Especially for theelements of class construction and the interaction between them, there are less systematic andspecific empirical studies which will cause blind practice or practice in a blind. As a result,class construction has not achieved good results.This study aims at pupils in grade three because they are between6and12years old. Aslong as the class is formed, every aspect is considered to construct the class. At the same time,this age is crucial for the development of image thinking to abstract thinking. So the authorchoose grade three students as the research object.This research takes different primary schoolin one district of Qingdao for example. The questionnaire shows the current class constructionof primary school in a comprehensive way. Through the analysis of questionnaire data, thecurrent situations of the class construction are found. The systematic analysis tells that theelements to build a good class include class goal and management, class atmosphereconstruction, class activities, teachers’ cognitive level and ability, and the relationship andfunction between every elements. The study tries to find the main problems and crucial reasonexisting in the class construction, then puts forward the corresponding countermeasure topromote the construction of class through concrete and effective measures.This research is divided into the following four parts: The first part reveals the purpose and significance of the selected paper, analyzes therelated literature material, determines their research direction by the combination betweenpresent research situation and developing trend at home and abroad.The second part is to determine the construction of the four elements of a good class by thequestionnaire to grade three students, parents, teachers’ from12schools in the district ofQingdao and by using SPSS software to deal with and analyze the collected data. This partalso analyzes the current status of class construction of primary school from four dimensionswhich are class goal and management, class construction, class activities and teachers’cognitive level and ability.In the third part, it analyzes the underlying problems and causes of the class collective goals and management, construction of the class, class activities,teachers’ cognitive levels and ability, which all based on the current status of primary school class constructionThe fourth part introduces countermeasures to strengthen the construction of class basedon the current problems existing in the class construction of primary school and theinvestigation and interviews to school teachers.
