Research On The Cultivation Of High-quality Farmers’ Information Literacy Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

If the nation wants to be revitalized,the countryside must be revitalized.Talent revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization,and cultivating a team of high-quality farmers who are literate,understand technology,are good at management and can manage is of great significance to accelerating agricultural modernization.As an important force for talent revitalization in the rural revitalization strategy,high-quality farmers are the key link in promoting the development of agricultural modernization and high-quality agricultural development.However,the information literacy of high-quality farmers is difficult to meet the needs of modern agricultural development,and improving their information literacy so that they have the ability to drive the development of agricultural and rural economies and drive the priority development of green agriculture is a prominent task for the cultivation of high-quality farmers at this stage.Government organization and cultivation is an important education model to improve the information literacy and agricultural ability of high-quality farmers,which not only lays a solid foundation for the decisive progress of the rural revitalization strategy,but also becomes an important support for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the background of rural revitalization,this study first conducted extensive search and sorting of relevant theories,and on this basis,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to study the current situation and problems of high-quality farmers’ information literacy cultivation,aiming to propose solutions for the mitigation and response of corresponding problems through the proposal of corresponding educational countermeasures.The information literacy cultivation status of high-quality farmers in County A of Sichuan Province was investigated by using questionnaires,and the information literacy cultivation status of high-quality farmers was obtained by using SPSS and Amos data analysis software to perform descriptive analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the collected effective data.Based on the empirical analysis and semi-structured interviews to collect relevant data,it is concluded that the difficulties faced by the cultivation of information literacy of high-quality farmers and their attribution mainly include: the overall promotion measures of government support are not perfect,the information literacy level difference between the cultivation targets is obvious,the resource supply in the cultivation content is out of practical needs,and the organizational scope of the cultivation institution is extensive;According to the above analysis,the corresponding optimization strategies for the dilemma of high-quality farmers’ information literacy cultivation are proposed: government support should lead the implementation,the whole process should be promoted,the cultivation objects should be selected at different levels,precise teaching and cultivation content should be refined and classified,and the structure and cultivation institutions should be optimized services,coordinated and coordinated,and jointly provide a good opportunity for the cultivation of high-quality farmers’ information literacy.Therefore,relying solely on government organizations to carry out cultivation is not enough to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality farmers’ information literacy and promoting the development of agricultural modernization,but requires multi-subject cooperation to cultivate.This study lays the foundation for the ability transformation of high-quality farmers under the background of rural revitalization,provides practical guidance for talent development,and injects new impetus into the high-quality development of rural revitalization.
