Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Local Normal Universities Serving The Revitalization Of Rural Education

To revitalize the countryside,education must go first.Revitalizing rural education is the key to realizing rural revitalization and a solid cornerstone for promoting the modernization of education.As an important town for training rural teachers,local normal universities serving the revitalization of rural education can not only give full play to the service functions of universities,promote the implementation of national policies,but also help to realize the connotative development of local normal universities.This study takes the service of local normal colleges and universities to the revitalization of rural education as the starting point,mainly adopts the research methods of literature research,investigation research,case study and so on,and makes a systematic study on the service of local normal colleges and universities to the revitalization of rural education,trying to respond to the realistic needs of the revitalization of rural education from the perspective of higher education and solve the problems of rural education.Since the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Action Plan for Rural Revitalization of Science and Technology Innovation in Colleges and Universities(2018-2022)",local normal colleges have played an important role in providing talents,intelligence and resources for the revitalization of rural education.By cultivating rural teachers,selecting students to support teaching,and carrying out training for rural teachers and primary and secondary school principals,local normal colleges and universities effectively solve the problem of teacher shortage and low quality,and play the role of "think tank" by carrying out rural education research to solve the problem of rural education development.At the same time,local normal universities promote the sharing of high-quality resources and promote the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education by opening up high-quality resources and strengthening school-land cooperation.In this process,local normal universities continue to play the service function of universities,actively promote the implementation of national policies,and promote the effective development of university service work through the establishment of cooperative relations,and have accumulated successful experience.Under the influence of the dual main factors of local normal universities and the government,there are still some problems in the process of serving the revitalization of rural education in local normal universities,such as the mismatch between supply and demand of rural teachers,the lack of pertinence of educational research,the inadequate training of rural teachers,the lack of local curriculum,and the imperfect service mechanism,which need to be further solved.In addition,through the case analysis of local normal universities outside the district serving the revitalization of rural education,it provides practical enlightenment for further optimization countermeasures,such as building an educational cooperation platform,innovating the "double-creation" education model,and strengthening the integration of information technology.Based on the new development stage of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,local normal universities have made great achievements in promoting the revitalization of rural education.In order to promote the quality and characteristic development of rural education,local normal universities should constantly improve service planning,enhance service awareness,give full play to the advantages of universities in personnel training,scientific research and teacher training,and constantly innovate the service mode of universities,so as to provide strong talent support and intellectual support for the revitalization of rural education.At the same time,the revitalization of rural education is a systematic project,which requires the participation of multiple subjects,and the government plays a very important role in it.The government can help the connection between higher education and rural education by strengthening its own service awareness,strengthening overall planning,and building a government-school docking mechanism,so as to provide strong policy guarantee and economic support for local normal universities to serve the revitalization of rural education,thus promoting the revitalization of rural education.
