Study Of Local Normal College Social Service Ability Of Construction

Social service is one of the three functions of a university. With the rapid development of economy, university social service function is becoming increasing outstanding. Colleges and universities, which focus on scientific research, knowledge and information, are an increasingly important subsystem in the society. Nowadays many universities pay more and more attention to developing its social service, and try to make contribution to economy. As a special part of local colleges, local normal colleges and universities need to reform constantly to meet the need of local economy and provide intelligence products and services for local economic development, and to promote the ability of social service in the nationwide environment of education popularization and rapid economic development. Yancheng teachers college plays an important role in economic development of Yancheng city. Taking Yancheng normal university as a case, this paper analyzed the contents and path of local normal college social service ability of construction in China, in order to find the problems and optimizing countermeasures in the process of Yancheng teachers college social service ability construction. This paper has five parts:The first part is the introduction, which includes the research background, research purpose and meaning, the definition of important concept, research ideas, research methods and literature review.The second part, which begins from the perspective of the social service function of colleges and universities history analysis, introduces and analyzes the history and development of colleges and universities social functions, and then starts a value analysis of the construction of the social service ability and social service ability construction and the development of the local normal colleges and universities.The third part analyzes the value of local normal colleges and universities social service ability construction at first, then analyzes its concept, content, path and guarantee deeply.The fourth part takes Yancheng normal university as an example to analyze the concept, content, path and guarantee of local normal colleges and universities social service ability construction.The fifth part finds out problems existing in the construction of social service ability by analyzing the Yancheng teachers college social ability construction, and puts forward countermeasures to solve them.
