The Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Local Colleges And Universities Serving Rural Revitalization

The strategy of Rural Revitalization is based on Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the Party Central Committee,focusing on the overall situation of the party and state,and in line with the expectations of hundreds of millions of peasants for a better life,is a great strategy to benefit the country and the people.The successful implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is inseparable from the support of education,especially the important supporting role of higher education in talent training,technology promotion and social services.what are the problems in how to better serve the Rural Revitalization and the local colleges and universities? This is an important topic that local colleges and universities urgently need to study and explore to serve the Rural Revitalization Strategy.In this paper,literature research,investigation and case analysis are used to investigate the current situation of the local university's Rural Revitalization service,analyze the existing problems and reasons,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in the Rural Revitalization service of X University.This paper is divided into four parts including the introduction.The main contents are as follows:The first part mainly includes questions,literature review,research purpose,research significance,research process and implementation,innovation.The second part is the theoretical basis of the paper.It mainly expounds the relationship between local colleges and Rural Revitalization from the necessity and basic requirements of local colleges and universities serving rural revitalization.First of all,the author analyzes and sorts out the conference communique,leader's speech,policy documents,periodicals and other relevant documents about Rural Revitalization of the party and the state,comprehensively grasps the necessity ofserving rural revitalization of local colleges and universities,and discusses the urgent need of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the inevitable demand of giving full play to the social function of colleges and universities and the realistic choice of their own transformation and development;and this paper analyzes the successful cases of local colleges and universities serving Rural Revitalization in China,puts forward five basic requirements of local colleges and universities serving rural revitalization,and provides some basis for the following countermeasures and suggestions.The third part is an analysis of the current situation,existing problems and causes of X University's service to rural revitalization.This part takes X University as an example to investigate.Through the campus network to collect the relevant documents and materials of X University's service to rural revitalization,and to conduct a questionnaire survey on the university students,at the same time,to interview and investigate some teachers,heads of relevant departments of the university and relevant rural residents involved in the service to rural revitalization,to comprehensively grasp the current situation and existing problems of X university's service to rural revitalization,and analyze the causes of the problems from local universities and local governments and rural itself.The fourth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: local universities,government and farmers.In terms of local colleges and universities,we should find out the correct orientation,make clear the mission of serving the rural revitalization,improve and perfect the operation mechanism of local colleges and universities serving the rural revitalization,give full play to the initiative of the main body,enrich and innovate the service content and ways;in terms of the government,we should adjust the evaluation orientation,To guide local colleges and universities to serve the rural revitalization,improve the incentive policy system,increase the efforts to encourage talents to lead to the rural areas,increase the funds input of colleges and universities to serve the rural areas,and improve the mechanism of supporting science and technology to serve the rural areas;for rural residents,we should improve the cultural literacy of rural residents and cadres,expand the communication and benign interaction path with local colleges and universities.
