| The central policy documents,such as "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization","Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Teaching and Research Work of Basic Education in the New Era" and "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era",point out that "teaching and research work promotes curriculum reform,guides teaching practice,promotes teacher development and serves educational decision-making,etc.Has played a very important role.Strive to run rural education well,vigorously improve the quality of rural education,build school-level teacher development platform,organize research and study activities,carry out teaching research and guidance,and promote teaching reform and innovation." Therefore,this paper studies the school-based teaching and research mechanism of rural middle schools.Taking two typical rural junior high schools in Guangxi as the research object,this paper focuses on five specific questions,namely: Why do rural junior high schools need school-based teaching and research mechanism? How is the school-based teaching and research mechanism running in rural middle schools? What are the main effects and influencing factors of the operation of the school-based teaching and research mechanism in rural junior middle schools? What experience can be popularized in the operation process of school-based teaching and research mechanism in rural junior middle schools? What difficulties and problems exist in the operation process of school-based teaching and research mechanism in rural junior middle schools and how to improve it?This paper uses the literature method to search,sort out and interpret the literature related to the school-based teaching and research mechanism of rural middle schools.The establishment and operation of the school-based teaching and research mechanism in rural middle schools were investigated.Using the case analysis method,this paper analyzes the main effects,influencing factors,experience and deficiencies of the operation of the schoolbased teaching and research mechanism in rural middle schools,and puts forward its way to explore.The framework of this article is built by the idea of "research design,investigation,main results and influencing factors of the school-based teaching and research mechanism of rural junior middle schools,as well as outlet exploration".It is found that the results of the school-based teaching and research mechanism in rural middle schools are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the school attaches great importance to school-based teaching and research,the school-based teaching and research system is initially established,the school-based teaching and research subjects make common progress,and the school-based culture promotes the development of students;The factors influencing the efficient operation of the school-based teaching and research mechanism in rural middle schools are as follows: school-based teaching and research leadership of principals in rural middle schools,independent research consciousness and actions of teachers in rural middle schools,school-based teaching and research resources in rural middle schools,and characteristics of school-based teaching and research in rural middle schools.Based on this,the paper tries to put forward the way out of the rural middle school school-based teaching and research mechanism: rural middle school leaders take the responsibility,build the school-based teaching and research community,set up a reasonable incentive mechanism,give appropriate humanistic care;Rural junior middle school teachers return to the main body,establish independent research consciousness,make reasonable career planning;To enrich the leading resources of school-based teaching and research,to support the experts of school-based teaching and research in rural middle schools,to make reasonable use of human resources in rural middle schools,and to be good at using information resources;Establish an appropriate school-based teaching and research mechanism,classify teaching and research according to the type of students,set up a reasonable goal of school-based teaching and research,and choose effective school-based teaching and research content.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: School-based teaching and research leadership is the basic premise for the establishment and steady operation of the schoolbased teaching and research mechanism in rural middle schools,teachers’ professional development intention is the source of power for the orderly operation of the school-based teaching and research mechanism in rural middle schools,high-quality resources are a strong force for the sustainable development of the school-based teaching and research mechanism in rural middle schools,based on school-based characteristics is an important starting point for the healthy development of the school-based teaching and research mechanism in rural middle schools,in addition,The school-based teaching and research mechanism of rural junior middle school needs other teaching and research mechanisms as a supplement. |
