Research On The Optimal Management Of Innovative Entrepreneurship Education In City College Of Huizhou

In the process of popularization of higher education in our country,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,the employment of college students is becoming more and more prominent,and innovative,complex and high-quality applied talents have become one of the hot spots of social concern.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party in 2017 has new requirements for the cultivation of talents in the new era.The report of the 19 th National Congress has made it clear that our country urgently needs to train a large number of innovative talents who are truly capable of leading the way to invest in the construction of a socialist market economy and serve the building of a socialist modern and powerful country.The state adopts the strategy of innovative entrepreneurship development,which brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the education and management of innovative entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.At present,the innovation of entrepreneurship education in domestic colleges and universities is still in the stage of exploration and research.At present,innovative entrepreneurship education has become one of the important contents of the training mode reform in colleges and universities.It is also an important way to realize students’ all-round development and improve their comprehensive quality.In the management of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,there is a question of how to integrate innovative entrepreneurship education and traditional education,how to improve teacher strength and curriculum,how to make the innovative entrepreneurship education management mechanism function efficiently and so on.This thesis chooses City College of Huizhou as a case study.Firstly,it explains the research background and significance of innovative entrepreneurship education and management,and by referring to the research situation at home and abroad,has a full understanding of its development trend.Then through the elaboration of related concepts,the basic theory is researched and expounded,the management of innovative entrepreneurship education is analyzed by using public management theory,and its development path is found.Finally,through questionnaire,interview and other forms,the paper summarizes the results and shortcomings of the current innovative entrepreneurship education management in schools,and based on studying the advanced education management idea of foreign universities,puts forward the ideas and ideas of innovative entrepreneurship education management goals,improving the incentive system of innovative entrepreneurship,increasing the financial support,strengthening the teaching staff and improving the curriculum.
