| Social assistance of higher education is a kind of social relief projects. In order to protect students from poor families can have the opportunity for higher education, our country and the social groups provide assistance to the students. Today, china has initially established a higher education social system. The main measures are scholarships, student loans,Part work and Part study and so on. In spite of this,the problem of students from Poor families access to higher education is still very prominent. So it needs us to improve the policy to solve the problem. After a detailed analysis of the examples in fund assisting system of Chong Qing university,1 concluded the assessment of the supporting channels and its operating state in the essay. The funding policy consists of scholarships,loans and grants,part time jobs,subsidies,tuition一cuttings,and the problems during their operating process are due to such reasons as the blurring identification in The financial difficulties students of the family,deficiency in fund characterized with its funding model,Poor cooperation in the assisting system and unreasonable structural elements. .Then the following step,that is,how to make the funding work more effective has been explored.In this paper,based on the analytication for current higher education assessment system,and In view of the current problems,by using literature and comparative analysis and describing the poor families with the burden of higher education and the situation of social assistance, we get the main courses of the problem : imperfect relief system,inadequate relief funding and the human environment needs to be optimized. After expounding the necessity of rebuilding the system,it presents the basic thinking of how to do it. From the opinion, the collecting and giving of the fund and supervising the process,it reaches a conclusion that we can realize the goal only if the education assistance forms a good system. |
