With the strategic background of innovation-driven development,innovation and entrepreneurship education has become one of the important breakthroughs in the comprehensive reform of University teaching.How to construct an innovative and entrepreneurship education system with its own characteristics has become the difficulty of theoretical research and practical exploration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.In the exploration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in recent 20 years,Zhejiang University has formed an innovation-based entrepreneurship education system which is combined the school history and regional characteristics.In this regard,this study expounds the development process,concept gestation and basic system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Zhejiang University from a macro perspective,and summarizes its experience and practices;and investigates students'cognition,understanding and experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education from a micro perspective.Finally,based on the students'feedback and the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education,analyzes the problems in the current innovative entrepreneurship education system,and puts forward some suggestions.This study finds that the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of Zhejiang University has the following characteristics:strengthens the "department coordination" and "department subject" in organizational management;emphasizes the "hierarchical classification" and "integration of knowledge and industry" in curriculum education;strengthens the "integration of science and innovation" and"integration of industry and learning" in practical training;and emphasizes the"resource agglomeration" and "system guarantee" in resource guarantee.?At the same time,concentrates on the theoretical research in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and has formed a research team of innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is mainly composed of teachers from management,economics and education colleges.Through the questionnaire survey of 800 students and interviews with four entrepreneurs from different majors,the study obtaines students' cognition,understanding and experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Combined with students'feedback and the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this study believes that there are still four problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Zhejiang University:in the practice of emphasizing the integration of specialty and science,the main role of the department is not obvious enough,most of the students'entrepreneurship projects stay at the shallow level of the integration of specialty and science;in the course education for all students,the practicality of the course content is not strong;the effectiveness of teaching methods is not obvious,and the curriculum assessment is out of touch with entrepreneurship practice.In non-curriculum practical training,the number of practical activities or incubation platforms is large,but mainly for students with entrepreneurship projects,the audience has greater limitations,while the effect is not good in activities promotion,platform promotion and other aspects.On the other hand,the coverage of innovation and entrepreneurship policy propaganda is small.At the same time,the effect of policy implementation is lack of tracking and feedback.Based on the analysis of above system,this study puts forward on corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of concept implementation,curriculum teaching,practical education and organizational security.
