Research On The Application Of Project Management Theory In Innovation And Entrepreneurship Management Of College Students

Project management is a kind of advanced management theory and experience,which can grasp the process of innovative entrepreneurial project from the overall,control the university innovation business costs,improve the innovative entrepreneurial project management efficiency and ensure the highest performance in innovative entrepreneurial project management operations,so introducing project management to university innovative entrepreneurial management has important practical significance.Firstly,based on the analysis of application present situation and existing problems on the using of project management theory in university of innovative entrepreneurial project,the paper introduced the project management and the innovative theory;And by using the "WBS" theory to decompose S university innovative and entrepreneurial management,the work in the programing phase is developing the project charter and identifying stakeholders,The project planning phase mainly include project management,project schedule management and project budget management;the work in the implement and control phase is optimization implementation process,strengthen the process control and strengthen communication management;the closure phase mainly include contract and management closure.Then,based on the analysis the development situation of innovative and entrepreneurial management of S university,the paper divides innovation and entrepreneurial activity into programing phase,planning phase,implement and control phase,closure phase by project life cycle,then expounds the main jobs and existing problems of the various groups.On this basis,the paper sets up a normalization process including project declaration,project approval,defense,planning,implementation,evaluation and achievement transformation.Finally,taking the innovative entrepreneurial project "Xin Yu Cafe" of S university as an example,illustrates the paper discusses the using of project management theory in the innovation entrepreneurship project.The project management theory improved the efficiency of project management,improve cooperation between the project participants and improve the comprehensive utilization of the project resources.The using of the project management theory in innovative and entrepreneurial management provided some guidance for using in other fields.
