With the integration of global economy and the competition of national economy,countries have realized that countries with knowledge economy dominant position can take advantage of competition.Therefore,various countries have issued relevant supporting policies to support innovation and entrepreneurship,and our government has also issued relevant policies to support innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.Colleges and universities have responded to the national call to change their ideas and concepts,focusing on improving students 'innovative thinking and entrepreneurship ability,and cultivating high-quality students to meet the needs of innovative National strategy.Nowadays,the popularization of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities is vigorously carried out.Higher vocational colleges have also carried out innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students in an all-round way in line with the trend.However,although the higher vocational colleges with the mission of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurship talents have made obvious achievements,they also face many problems and challenges.This paper makes an analysis of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities at home and abroad,and finds that universities in developed countries have a relatively complete system of innovation and entrepreneurship education.However,there is still a big gap between China and foreign countries in the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore effective countermeasures and suggestions for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of project management.Firstly,the author combs the relevant literature of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China,summarizes the existing research results and summarizes the keywords and writing framework of this paper.At the same time,taking H Vocational and Technical College as an example,the author analyses the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in domestic higher vocational colleges,and the creation of H Vocational and Technical College.The basic situation of new entrepreneurship education is analyzed and sorted out,and the current situation and existing problems of innovative entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges in China are analyzed.Finally,by using the comparative method,this paper combs the general situation of innovation and entrepreneurship development in Japan and Germany,summarizes their succes.sful experience by using their advanced practices,and refines the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship education into higher vocational innovation from the perspective of project management,multi-project theory and process management theory.The three sub-projects of the new entrepreneurship education are optimized,including the development plan,the concrete implementation of the innovative entrepreneurship education and the evaluation and monitoring of the innovative entrepreneurship education,in order to improve the quality of the innovative entrepreneurship education in S Vocational and Technical College,and thus provide ideas for the promotion of the innovative entrepreneurship education.
