In the Implementation Plan of Vocational Education Reform,it is clearly pointed out that teachers in vocational colleges are basically not recruited from fresh graduates,but selected from people with more than three years’ work experience,emphasizing that teachers should enter enterprise practice to improve their practical teaching ability.However,in real life,secondary vocational teachers are not very willing to participate in enterprise practice,so where does the practical teaching ability required by secondary vocational teachers come from? This has also become the basic point of this study.After combing the relevant research literature,based on the teaching implementation process of secondary vocational school teachers,the practical teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers is divided into practical design ability,organizational implementation ability,practical evaluation ability and practical reflection ability.By visiting secondary vocational school teachers and sorting out relevant literature,the influencing factors of the development of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers are divided into three dimensions:teaching skills and practical skills training,enterprise post and practice,self-learning and reflection,and each dimension is subdivided into three specific paths.According to the theoretical framework of the study,a questionnaire was compiled.The questionnaire survey is mainly to understand the differences in the generation path of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers in different development stages,and at the same time,it is further confirmed and analyzed by combining interview data,and the generation path of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers is obtained through comprehensive analysis.Finally,combined with questionnaire survey and comprehensive analysis of interview data,it can be concluded that the most important path for secondary vocational school teachers to generate their own practical teaching ability comes from the level of teaching skills and practical skills training,followed by self-learning and reflection,and finally from the level of enterprise post and practice.Among them,in the novice stage,the most important path is to observe the self-reflection and experience of colleagues after practical teaching;In the competent stage,various paths can promote the development of teachers’ practical teaching ability;In the proficiency stage,it is most important to observe the self-reflection and experience of colleagues after teaching;In the expert stage,the most important path is the path of self-learning and reflection.To sum up,this thesis finally puts forward some suggestions on the development of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers:establishing a training system of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude to promote the all-round development of all elements of practical teaching ability;Regularly carry out reflection activities to promote the endogenous development of practical teaching ability;Explore an effective school-enterprise cooperation model to promote the effective development of practical teaching ability;Establish lifelong learning consciousness and promote the spiral development of practical teaching ability;Strengthen teachers’ induction training and promote the sustainable development of practical teaching ability.
