The rapid development of the new economy and new industries has prompted the secondary vocational teachers to actively update the existing knowledge system.Only by continuously improving the knowledge and skills of professional knowledge in its own disciplines can we meet the practical needs of skilled and applied talents in the era of rapid development.The development of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers has an important impact on improving the overall level of Chinese secondary school teachers.This research has always focused on how to improve the development of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers.Firstly,through literature research method,questionnaire survey method and semi-structured interview,the current situation of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers is sorted out,and semi-structured interviews with the heads of secondary vocational training bases are conducted to understand the current practical teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers.Relevant content of the training.Secondly,in the context of the integration of production and education,through the relevant literature,summarize the new requirements for the teachers of secondary vocational schools under the integration of production and education.Thirdly,by comparing the actual gap between the status quo and the new requirements of the teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers,the author tries to construct a path to improve the development of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers.The path is mainly from the two aspects of external resources and teachers themselves,trying to explain how to promote the development of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers through internal and external factors.Among them,external resources include,including government guarantees,platform construction,and training enhancement.Finally,according to the different realistic needs of the new teachers,key teachers and professional leaders and the development of practical teaching ability,the aim is to design a training program suitable for different types of secondary vocational teachers to meet the development of their practical teaching ability,and strive to make the training The program is more targeted,thus enhancing the engineering practice ability of secondary vocational teachers.
