With the progress of society and the development of education,people also have high hopes for the development of vocational education,and pay more attention to the quality of education of vocational teachers.The vocational teachers undertake the mission of cultivating high-quality skilled talents urgently needed by the society.Therefore,the vocational competence level of the vocational teachers directly affects the quality of the students and is related to the development of vocational education in China.In recent years,while the development of vocational education has made great strides,it is naturally exposed that there are some problems that cannot be ignored in the aspect of teaching staff.Therefore,the improvement of the vocational ability of secondary vocational teachers is imminent.This article takes electronic information teachers in Secondary vocational school as an example,uses a combination of questionnaires and interviews to collect data,and selects electronic information teachers in two vocational colleges as a research sample to systematically understand the teachers in vocational schools.The recent development of vocational ability,found that teachers have problems in the process of improving professional ability.According to the investigation,the vocational teachers have problems such as unreasonable teacher structure,teaching ability to be strengthened,less communication with enterprises,insufficient vocational guidance ability,insufficient innovation and scientific research ability,and few training opportunities.And then from three aspects of education administration,schools,teachers themselves to study the factors that affect teachers' professional ability.Under the guidance of lifelong learning,motivation theory,human capital and other theories,the connotation of teachers 'professional abilities and the necessity of improving teachers' professional abilities are analyzed.Through the connotation of professional abilities,the influencing factors of teachers 'professional abilities,and the cultivation of teachers' professional abilities The analysis and comparison of the paths have put forward strategies and suggestions on related issues in the three aspects of education administration department policy guarantee,school scientific management,and teachers 'focus on themselves,hoping to provide theoretical references and development paths for the improvement of vocational college teachers' professional abilities.
