The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out : " We must give priority to the cause of education,deepen educational reform,speed up the modernization of education,and run education to the satisfaction of the people.Improve the vocational education and training system,deepen the integration of industry and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises." In order to achieve the above goal,we must build a strong teaching staff and take effective measures to continuously improve the comprehensive literacy of vocational education practitioners.For secondary vocational education,it is necessary to improve the practical ability of professional teachers in order to meet the professionalization of secondary vocational education,professional development demands and times turn.But as far as the present situation is concerned,the construction of teachers’ practical teaching ability in secondary vocational colleges is not ideal.The problems of lack of practical experience,insufficient training participation and lack of professional knowledge seriously restrict the development of secondary vocational education reform.This paper takes the professional teachers of different specialties in my school as the main research object,adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,field interview and so on,based on the relevant dimensions of practical teaching ability,systematically studies the present situation,problems,causes and countermeasures of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers,hoping to provide a good paradigm for the construction of teachers in our school and other secondary vocational colleges.This paper always focuses on how to better construct the practical teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers,through the method of literature review to clarify the composition of practical teaching ability,and to clarify the internal logic of the development of practical teaching ability of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools,and at the same time summarizes the current domestic useful exploration in the development of practical teaching ability.Then,according to the elements of practical teaching ability,combined with teaching practice to extract specific research indicators,design the corresponding questionnaire and interview outline,take the professional teachers of our school as the main research object,and fully understand the current situation and problems of practical teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers.Finally,according to the results of the survey,from the government,school Starting with the three dimensions of school and teachers,this paper systematically constructs the path of improving and developing teachers’ practical teaching ability in secondary vocational schools,including strengthening policy support,guiding public opinion,perfecting system guarantee,optimizing resource allocation in school dimension,strengthening,perfecting curriculum structure,changing thinking idea,strengthening learning communication,strengthening innovation practice and strengthening self-reflection,so as to enhance teachers’ practical teaching ability.
