Teachers in normal college specialty are the main force of teacher education and the backbone of teacher education reform.Their professional quality directly affects the quality and process of teacher training.The practical attributes of teachers' profession require teachers to have high practical literacy,therefore,teachers in normal college specialty are required to have higher practical literacy.This paper takes teachers in normal college specialty as the research object,uses scientific research methods,constructs the structural model of the elements of their practical literacy,and explores the generation path of their practical literacy based on the model.By using the methods of literature analysis,set-valued statistics,behavioral event interviews and questionnaires,and using SPSS,AMOS and other data analysis software,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the practical literacy of teachers in normal college specialty consisting of four dimensions and twenty-two factors through factor analysis.The four dimensions are: general practical literacy,situational practical literacy,education and teaching practice literacy,and special practical literacy.Twenty-two factors are: practical motivation,problem awareness,communication and cooperation,research reflection,understanding,expression,learning by teaching,critical consciousness,resilience,execution,analysis,planning,curriculum development,classroom teaching,subject skills,teaching art,information technology applications,curriculum integration,internship guidance,team activities,grassroots research,and subject research.Based on the theoretical model of teachers' practical literacy,this paper puts forward four ways to cultivate teachers' practical literacy: first,deepening the understanding of teachers' professional attributes of teachers;second,improving the professional growth path of teachers;third,to innovate the educating and teaching methods of teachers;fourth,firmly promote the field teaching and research of teachers,and at the same time link the government and universities to improve the operation support system,and consolidate the construction of professional teachers in normal colleges specialty.
