In the context of sports power,the implementation and implementation of the "double reduction" policy has comprehensively reduced the learning burden of primary school students,increased their free time outside the curriculum,and created conditions for the all-round development of primary school students.Among the diversified needs of primary school students,physical education classroom is one of the mainstream choices for students.Rich forms of physical exercise can not only enhance students’ physique,but also help to promote the comprehensive development of students’ "morality,intelligence,physical fitness,the United States and labor".As an indispensable part of primary school sports,sports events play an increasingly important role in promoting students’ all-round development.However,in the past,the development of primary school sports events mainly focused on the training of professional athletes and the majority of high-level events,thus ignoring the low-end events and amateur events on the cultivation of youth sports concept.After the double reduction policy was put forward in 2021,Wuhan launched the "Ping Vision" competition.As the first entertaining and interesting table tennis competition for all primary school students in China,it won the active participation of primary school students once it was held.This paper uses case analysis and expert interview method to analyze and study the development status and operation mechanism of "Ping Vision" competition,and find out the shortcomings.Through the analysis and research,it is found that there are some problems in the operation of Ping vision:(1)the fund source of "Ping vision" competition is single;(2)The content of the event is single;(3)insufficient publicity(4)imperfect reward system(5)lack of evaluation and feedback link.This paper analyzes the improvement path of the operation mechanism of "Ping Vision" competition from seven aspects: management mechanism,power mechanism,feedback mechanism,cooperation mechanism,guarantee mechanism,promotion mechanism and competition content,and finally draws the following seven conclusions:(1)Build the operation mechanism of "government-led and social participation";(2)Improve the dynamic mechanism of "Ping Vision" competition;(3)Construct the trinity feedback evaluation mechanism of "society,school and student";(4)Constructing the "home-school-student" tripartite coordination mechanism;(5)Improve the guarantee mechanism of "Ping Vision" competition;(6)Improve the promotion mechanism of "Ping Vision" competition;(7)Enrich the content setting of "Ping Vision" competition.It is hoped that through the above optimization path,the idea of "Ping Vision" competition can be clearly defined,the operation mechanism of the competition can be improved,and the marketization and modernization of "Ping Vision" competition can be promoted,so as to enrich primary school sports events and provide theoretical reference for the further development of youth sports events. |
