Higher vocational colleges in cultivating professional technical ability and professional knowledge of high-level construction personnel plays an important role,teachers ’information literacy level is directly related to our country vocational college education information quality level,the relationship between vocational college teachers’ professional level and the national informatization,the cultivation of innovative technical personnel.This thesis combines the theory of teacher professional development and information quality,and in Shandong Province through questionnaire survey.Through questionnaire survey and research,we follows: first,the overall level of information literacy of teachers in Shandong Province is good,the information knowledge and information application ability is weak,and there is greater space for development.Second,gender has significant differences in information awareness of higher vocational teachers(p <0.05);age has significant differences in information ethics and safety(p <0.05);teaching age,professional title,information knowledge,information application ability,and information ethics and safety(p> 0.05);academic degree has significant differences in information awareness,information application ability and safety,and overall level.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the data presented in the questionnaire: teachers’ information knowledge is not comprehensive,teachers’ self-coordination ability is poor.The state and the government mobilize multiple participation and encourage social capital.Form the incentive and evaluation system;The school strengthens the construction of information hardware infrastructure,organizes and carries out information teaching competition,strengthens the construction of virtual imitation real training teaching environment,innovates the training mode,Construct the teacher information literacy training system by stratification and classification;Teachers to enhance their awareness,Understanding the value of information teaching,independent learning,Improve their own information teaching ability,team cooperation,Establish a learning community and standardized behavior of information teaching,Enhance information security and information resources utilization capacity.
